We are excited to announce a significant architectural evolution in our sovereignty controls. While geo-boundary enforcement has historically resided at the Fabric port level, we have successfully extended this capability down to the Network Edge virtual device itself. This upgrade empowers customers to define and enforce Geo Zones when the Network Edge is the originating endpoint of a Fabric connection. You can now provision and validate this constraint directly via the UI or API, ensuring compatibility checks run before provisioning commits. This proactive validation removes the risk of post-deployment configuration mismatches. This feature is live today across GCP, AWS, and Oracle Quick Connect, supporting both VD-to-Port and VD-to-CSP provisioning paths. (A note for your integration specialists: The API layer for this specific implementation is delivered by the Fabric team.)

Is there a catalog of cross-connect service providers available for each Equinix location? I would like to find out if Equinix offers cross-connect capability with the Bloomberg IGN network from Ashburn and Chicago locations.

I have an FCR connected to one OCI connection and two AWS connections.From AWS to OCI, passing through FCR, I see that AWS is implementing ECMP towards OCI prefixes, as evidenced by the RX traffic on the FCR coming from these two connections.In FCR active routes, I am seeing the same prefixes learned from these two AWS connections.If I look at the contrary (TX) from FCR to AWS (from traffic that originated in OCI), I always see TX to AWS using only one AWS connection, never the other one.Support says that it is not working because OCI has only one connection to FCR.As far as I know, ECMP is implemented hop by hop, and it is a local decision implemented independently at each router (hop) in the network, that is why I do not agree with this statement.For me is the function of FCR implement ECMP in this case for these packets coming from OCI to AWS.

I have managed to use several terraform modules without problem. I have used the palo alto cloudgenix vm modules, palo alto firewalls modules, device link modules, and fabric cloud router module. All work okay on the lastest version of equinix/equinix. However as I dive into other connections I get a lot version issues. For example. Leveraging the cloud-router-port connection. https://registry.terraform.io/modules/equinix/fabric/equinix/latest/examples/cloud-router-2-port-connectionThis would be used to connect the cloud router to the pa firewall mgmt interface. Documentation covers the following version. required_providers {equinix = {source = "equinix/equinix"version = ">= 2.9.0" } } } But code doesnt work without this versionterraform { required_providers { equinix = { source = "equinix/equinix" version = "~> 1.26.0" } }}When using new versions error occurs. I scavenged the terraform registry looking for a Equinix Internet Access Terraform module. ]I found an example of a connection to EIA.This is the only thing that comes up in the registry as EIA. https://github.com/equinix/terraform-equinix-fabric/tree/v0.22.0/examples/virtual-device-2-eia-connectionBut none that creates the EIA itself. Can anyone answer if this may or may not be supported in terraform and if so, what would the resource name be for it? The GUI terminology doesn't always translate one for one, so maybe I'm missing something.
