How do I connect my organization’s AWS account to Equinix. What information and steps are required from our side?

I have an FCR connected to one OCI connection and two AWS connections.From AWS to OCI, passing through FCR, I see that AWS is implementing ECMP towards OCI prefixes, as evidenced by the RX traffic on the FCR coming from these two connections.In FCR active routes, I am seeing the same prefixes learned from these two AWS connections.If I look at the contrary (TX) from FCR to AWS (from traffic that originated in OCI), I always see TX to AWS using only one AWS connection, never the other one.Support says that it is not working because OCI has only one connection to FCR.As far as I know, ECMP is implemented hop by hop, and it is a local decision implemented independently at each router (hop) in the network, that is why I do not agree with this statement.For me is the function of FCR implement ECMP in this case for these packets coming from OCI to AWS.

We cant able to apply the router filter policies(RFP) when the Peerings are down on FCR. By the time we apply the Filter policies, all routes learnt from peers are advertised to the other peers resulting in downtime due to loop(unwanted routing). Even if we are quick enough to apply the policies, Fabric backend can only able to process one Filter policy at a time. If you try to apply/save the other policies it gives you an error as FCR is in Transient state. As a best practice we need to have Filter policies enabled first and then turn on the BGP peering to avoid loops/sub optimal routing.

Can I use an Equinix Fabric port to connect to the internet?

How to create route policies to filter routes between 2 CSP. I could see all the routes learned from vWAN are advertised to AWS using BGP peerings on Fabric Cloud Router. I dont see any documenation in Equinix portal about Fabric filter policies.I see the below error when trying to creating a policy at the first step too." Route Filter Policy Name"Error: Invalid input.

Hi,Can we use Equinix fabric and connect between 2 different Equinix  DCs between our DC in one Equinix DC and Customer DC in another Equinix DC. Also please clarify how to work on this request

If I order an ECX port how will it be delivered/presented in my cage/cabinet? Will Equinix need to install a patch panel in my cabinet? If yes how much space will this take up?

It has been some time since I built an ExpressRoute within the Equinix Fabric.  Our topology is using Fabric Ports (not Virtual Devices). We have a primary and secondary port.  We have built the ExpressRoute in Azure as well as the ExpressRoute VC in Equinix but are having trouble getting end-to-end connectivity.  In the overview page of the ExpressRoute connection in the Equinix Fabric, there is an Origin VLAN and Destination VLAN.  The Origin VLAN tags are different (Primary is 4025 and Secondary is 4026) but the Destination VLAN tag is the same (37 in this case).  Where do we configure those?  In the ExpressRoute Private Peering in Azure, we can only enter a single VLAN tag.  Do we configure 4025/4026 on our routers and 37 in Azure, visa versa, or do we configure the same on both?  The KB articles and videos do not cover this.
