Look no further, it’s all in one central place. Effective August 23, all ECP, Fabric, Network Edge, Edge Precisions Time customers are able to view operational and transactional notifications in the new notification center located in portal. This will reduce time to look for notifications across products and services and ensure that customers will see all relevant notifications. Customers can conveniently locate all notifications and take action – if required – in a single notification interface.

Hi Community Members! Just wanted to keep you in the loop on recent community updates and improvements we've made. If you have any feedback on how we can improve the community experience, please share in our Beta Feedback here. Notifications Frequency We are a growing community and we want to ensure we aren't being excessive in our communications to you. This week we adjusted the default settings for email notification frequency. In this update, we changed badge and kudos notifications to a weekly digest. Content you subscribe to or engage with is a daily digest. All users can update the notifications to their own preferences by going into My Settings in your profile. Recent Discussions Tab We updated the recent tab in the Discussions and Welcome section to feature both recent posts and recent comments. Previously it would only showcase recent posts. We want to ensure you have visibility into the most recent conversations.

How do I register or become a Equinix Community Member? Equinix Community uses Single Sign On (SSO) for our Community. To login or register in Equinix Community, you use your Equinix Customer Portal username and password. If you already have Equinix Customer Portal credentials, follow these steps:Go to community.equinix.com Click on the Login link located in the top right corner of the page In the new page, enter your Equinix Customer Portal credentials username (or email) and password Click the "Sign in" button On your first login, you'll be directed to select a username and agree to the Community Terms of Service.
