SHRED (Smart Hands for Responsible Electronic Disposal) is a new Smart Hands capability designed to standardize and streamline electronic waste disposal. Through a self‑service online form on the Equinix Customer Portal (ECP), customers can easily submit a Smart Hands ticket to recycle old storage media, hard disks, and other eligible equipment.
