PSA long delays in provisioning new services
Hi all, Is everyone else experiencing long delays asking for a new connection or changes to service. My own experience, has been since contact with the Equinix team, it has been 26 days, and from ...
Its a basic issue of adding two items to a quote.
Its been another 5 business days, still no report back.
