Meet the Product Managers!
Hello Equinix Community! 🌟
It’s fantastic to meet all of you and dive into the world of Product together! I'm a product manager in the Smart Hands team, part of our dynamic Colocation Services portfolio. Smart Hands plays a vital role in providing customers with on-site operational support for remote management, installation, and troubleshooting of data center equipment. My focus is on ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience with our service offerings, including ECP, service plans, and reporting capabilities. Product is ever-evolving which is why I actively promote a customer feedback loop to ensure a customer-centric approach. Lately, I’ve been exploring the exciting possibilities of AI to enhance our customer journeys and elevate our service-offering.
When I’m not immersed in the product world, you can find me exploring art, diving into anime, or honing my skills to become a sommelier!
