In honor of National STEM Day coming up on November 8th, we wanted to highlight the importance of strong science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics skills in students around the world. Here at Equinix, we have a commitment to advancing digital inclusion and in 2022 launched a new Pathways to Tech program, giving our employees the opportunity to share their unique experiences and career journeys to educate youth about different ways to enter the data center industry.
