I have a Portal Login. How can I access playground on Developer Portal? Should I register to Plaground?

No need to register again, If you already have access to Equinix Customer Portal or Cloud Exchange Portal or IBX SmartView Portal, then use the same credentials to login to Equinix Developer Platform and get the access token.
