Programmatically Retrieve Colocation Users

Essentially what the title says. I'm attempting to programmatically get the list of colocation users and their roles/permissions. It doesn't appear there's an easy way to do this with the existing API. That said, when I view my users in the portal ordinarily, I see

GET /api/ecp/users/getUsers

So it's definitely there, I'm assuming it's just not available to normal users, only to Equinix internally. Any chance someone here has an idea?

Hi There,

Over the last year, our API has been undergoing changes.   Unfortunately, that specific API endpoint is no longer available. For the latest calls available via the API, please visit our catalog.  https://docs.equinix.com/api-catalog/

If there are endpoints  you would like to see us bring back, you can submit ideas.  When we receive enough upvotes, we typically act on the idea.

Hi, so to confirm, there are no longer endpoints to manage user accounts? I've had a thorough look through the API catalog but I can't see any reference to user account management. Thanks.

That's correct. Currently, there aren't active endpoints for user account management in the catalog. It was submitted as an idea/improvement by D26, and we recommend you share your input there as well.

We are in the process of creating a new contact management service with an external API planned. Once the assessment is complete, we’ll be reaching out to customers for input and alignment.

Stay tuned for more updates soon!
