Need Technical Contact?
Under what circumstances, will Equinix contact technical contact for Work Visit Orders submitted by me?
The technical contact is provided by customers for our Equinix IBX team to contact in case of any queries and clarification on the particular order. It is optional for Work Visit order type but the customer can specify the person details to contact by our IBX team in case if any queries related to their cage access specified in the Work Visit order.
