Clarity on ECP APIs - What is an IBX? Cage?
ECP APIs request packets have attributes with names – IBX? Cage? What do they mean?
- IBX means Equinix Datacenter
- Cage means a custom build (as per customer’s requirement) and secured mesh enclosure to house multiple cabinets in it.
- Cabinet means a physical enclosure to hold IT equipment. Sometimes it also referred to as ‘Rack’
