Hi,

I sometimes want to view multiple tickets at once, but in order to do this I have to open another browser session.  Is there a way to accomplish this without having to login to multiple instances?  I've tried right clicking, but there are no options.

Have you tried holding the control (command on Mac) key on your keyboard while clicking the link? This should open whatever link you click on in a new window. I assume this is what you were attempting to do by right clicking?

Hi Jantzen,

That is what I am attempting to do (open either a new tab or window), however, that command combination doesn't work on a Windows keyboard.

Thanks for confirming you are trying to open a new tab/window. I've reached out to a few teams internally to see if there are other solutions. In the meantime, can you confirm you also tried holding the CTRL key while clicking the link since you're on a Windows machine?
