Outside of opening support tickets at Equinix, customers can now directly open Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) cases for C8000V IOX-XE software and configuration issues in the Equinix Network Edge portal. This provides our customers with a direct and efficient troubleshooting channel to Cisco within our portal.
