Does Equinix offer Equinix-Configured Devices?

We are no longer supporting Equinix-configured devices after March 31st, 2024. Customers should migrate their Equinix-configured devices to self-configured devices by March 31st, 2024. Please read the below details:
  • If the device term ends after March 31st, 2024, customers can continue to operate the device until end of the term. The term end date will be the migration deadline.
  • If the device term ends before March 31st, 2024, then the customer’s term will be changed to month-to-month without any price adjustment(they will keep the term-based pricing). The migration deadline will be March 31st, 2024.
  • We are not allowing any term renewals for Equinix–configured devices. However, the customer will have an option to move to self–configured devices with term.
