What certifications do you recommend to those just getting started?

Hey Community,

I thought it might interesting to see what certifications everyone has or is interested in getting. Also, what is your favorite resource to use for study? There are a bunch out there from the various vendors so I'm curious to see everyone's thoughts. Hopefully those getting started can use the information in this thread as a head start.
