Invoice frequency
Colocation and interconnection services: Invoices will follow your existing billing cycle and are issued on the first day of each month or the first Monday if the 1st falls on a weekend.
Usage-based services (e.g., power, bandwidth): Billed in arrears based on actual consumption.
Purchase Order (POs) requirements for contracts transferred to Equinix (Ireland) Limited
Existing POs for colocation and interconnection should be reissued to Equinix (Ireland) Limited.
When POs are required, they should be issued annually and include:
- PO number.
- Legal entity: Equinix (Ireland) Limited
- Total value and expiry date.
- Description of services and product names.
- Contact details.
- POs should be updated before 31 October 2026.
Payment terms
- Current payment terms remain unchanged.
- Service periods run from the first to the end of each calendar month.
- Late payments will trigger the Equinix collections process.
Invoices issued by Equinix (DB1) Limited
Any invoices issued by Equinix (DB1) Limited that are unpaid as of 23 October 2026 will be transferred to Equinix (Ireland) Limited and should be paid using the new HSBC bank account details provided by Equinix (Ireland) Limited.
Please note that some invoices may continue to display Equinix (DB1) Limited details and bank account information.

Existing service and product descriptions on your invoice will remain unchanged from those previously provided. We will notify you of any future changes to product naming and descriptions.
