Will there be additional impact to the assets monitored by IBX SmartView during the BMS upgrade?
When the BMS upgrade is complete, IBX SmartView will reflect the same assets it did previously, but with a modified naming convention aligned to the new BMS. Any IBX SmartView Custom Alerts or System Alert notifications will need to be re-created.
Also, since the assets will appear as new assets in our data collection and processing engines, there will be no access to historical data through IBX SmartView.
