Terminal console in DC-FR8

Hi Equinix-team,

in the beginning of DC-FR8 a terminal console (monitor, keyboard, mouse) was available in every floor. Now it is really difficult to find one. How is it possible to be sure to get a terminal console when needed.

I see that in cage FR8:03:301081 is such a terminal console permanent . Maybe they reserved it for a longer time. Is that possible?

You definitely should be able to use one or reserve it for a longer period of time. The best way is to book a Smart Hand ticket. 

I spoke with the FR8 manager and they indicated they would check into it and make sure the carts are available.
