Apologies in advance if this is a repeated question but my search didn't find any relevant topics. We have upgrade planned for our router in Chicago which is connected to Equinix IX. What is the best method of informing IX participants about the maintenance activity? We have a lot of peers on the IX so informing them individually will be very cumbersome.

Hello! I’m on the Product Software team. While we do not currently manage or run dedicated peering distribution lists for our customers (see FAQ), you can easily find all the necessary information in the IX Portal.
To view your peers, go to the “Find participants and my peers” page under the Peering Discovery Menu.
We recognize that having a dedicated distribution list could be a valuable future enhancement. We encourage you to submit this suggestion directly on our Ideas page for consideration by our product & engineering teams.
