We'll explain the potential issues with the old method of ordering and how we're using Generative AI to help solve them. As we go through the Cross Connect order, we'll show you what the notification looks like if your selected IBXs are compatible with a Diverse Campus Cross Connect. Then we'll show you how to select the option and how to choose between "Pair with Existing Primary Asset" and "Create Primary and Diverse Pair."
