How can I open a trouble ticket with Equinix?
You can submit a trouble ticket by:
- Logging into the Equinix Customer Portal(ECP)
- Selecting the "Orders & Tickets" menu from the top
- Clicking on the "Trouble Tickets" line from the resulting menu
* Please note, you'll only see this option if you have been given permissions to submit trouble tickets by your master admin.
