Equinix Customer Portal Down (again)

Are you still experiencing issues? I was able to log in with my account without issue. I also don't see anything about a portal issue on the Equinix status page.

Here are a few things you could try:

• Try an incognito/private browser window
• Clear your browser cookies/cache
• Try another browser if you have one installed
• Ensure you are able to reach other sites on the internet
• Check with a co-worker to see if they are also experiencing issues authenticating into the portal
