PSA long delays in provisioning new services
Hi all,
Is everyone else experiencing long delays asking for a new connection or changes to service.
My own experience, has been since contact with the Equinix team, it has been 26 days, and from there we have been given a estimate of 2-4 weeks to provision a new connection.

Sorry to hear you are encountering long delays on your new connection/service change. Delays can occur for various reasons, including incomplete orders, LOAs, requirements gathering, and high volume, as well as more complex issues such as the copper-to-fiber migration. I'd be happy to look into your specific order and determine the cause of the hold-up. Just PM me.

Its a basic issue of adding two items to a quote.
Its been another 5 business days, still no report back.
