No, Network Edge devices have built in integrations to Equinix Connect and Equinix Fabric so there is no need for Cross Connects and there is no need for an installation/turn-up call.
You can view the status of your Smart Hands orders on the Equinix Customer Portal (ECP).
Modify / Cancel an Order
Make changes to an existing order using the pencil icon on the right side of the dashboard.
