Do not notify via email after scheduled report is generated

Hi, I'm using the reports v1 API to generate ONE_TIME reports and every time the report is finished, I get an email telling me as much. However, I want to prevent this email from going out every time. I've figured out that I can use the parameters array with name notifyEmails to add additional emails that should be notified but I can't seem to be able to remove the email tied to my account. Is there any way to achieve what I want?

Hi Jonas Welcome to Community! We've shared your question and discussion with our API team to see whether turning off email notifications is an option. Have you filed a ticket with api-support@equinix.com yet? If so, share those details and we'll work on it together!

Hi Shannon, I have not (yet) opened a ticket. Seeing that you have now raised that question with the API team already I think I should not open a ticket, correct? Thank you!

Thanks for the update. In this case, we'll need you to file the support ticket by emailing api-support@equinix.com with the endpoint, request , and response JSON. They'll be able to examine the specific report to see what options they can provide for turning off email notifications.
