Existing customers can create new billing accounts to order Fabric Services in new countries which is fully self-service from the Fabric Port ordering flow in Fabric Portal. If you are not yet a customer of Equinix globally you can Request an Account so you are able to log in to Equinix Fabric portal and proceed to create a new billing account.
