Account Locked

I'm having error code S1003, saying that my account has been locked. What happened and needs to be done?

  • Please contact your Equinix Customer Portal Master admin who can help you to unlock your account or call Equinix Help Desk. In the meantime, you can also try to reset your password using Equinix customer Portal.
