Equinix Customer Portal Down (again)
This happens from time to time, and just happened again now...... Do you also experience this?
Workaround fix - deleted the chrome browser cookies for equninx.com

Are you still experiencing issues? I was able to log in with my account without issue. I also don't see anything about a portal issue on the Equinix status page.
Here are a few things you could try:
- Try an incognito/private browser window
- Clear your browser cookies/cache
- Try another browser if you have one installed
- Ensure you are able to reach other sites on the internet
- Check with a co-worker to see if they are also experiencing issues authenticating into the portal

Glad the workaround did it for you but I'll share this with the product team so ideally it works without the need to clear cache / cookies.
