Precision Time Navigation from Equinix Portals
Why can't I access the Precision Time home page from the Equinix Customer Portal (ECP) or the Equinix Fabric portal when I use the side menu to move to the Precision Time portal? However, I'm able to access the Precision Time home page when I directly log in to the Precision Time portal using my credentials.
Currently, you cannot log into the Precision Time portal with a federated account. This portal option is planned for implementation in early 2023. Instead, federated account users can log directly into the Precision Time portal with their Equinix credentials.
