Where are the SOC reports located now?
Thanks for your patience wade_canada if you are still having issues downloading the SOC reports, here's a video that walks through the process.
Additionally, our customer support team can download the reports and send them directly to you via email if you still encounter any issues.
Additionally, our UX team is aware of the SOC reports difficulties and will be looking into how we can improve the process in the future.
It does the same thing for me even after downloading. What other options are there to get these reports?

Thanks wade_canada for the update, if you don't have a PDF reader to open the report, you can reach out to customer support to request the soc report be sent to you via email.
