What happens when the GNSS (GPS) receiver providing precise time to Precision Time infrastructure loses its connection to the satellite constellation?

The Precision Time redundancy feature ensures that in the case all possible options to receive GNSS signals from GPS or other constellations are lost, the built-in Rubidium oscillator inside each grandmaster clock provides precise holdover to maintain accuracy of 1.5 milliseconds over a 24-hour period.
