Upgrade the Virtual Connect from 1 GBPS to 2 GBPS
I'm trying to upgrade my Virtual Connect from 1 GBPS to 2 GBPS, but im unable to do so on portal. How can I upgrade my VC?
- The portal options will vary based on if the service provider allows for upgrades and the available connection speeds. Some connections jump from 1 GBPS to 10 GBPS, so a 2GBPS wouldn't be available. There are also scenarios when the connection can't be upgraded and would need to have a new connection created in order to upgrade the speed. Once the new VC is created, you could remove the old VC.
