I’m having a technical issue on Equinix Fabric. Who do I contact?
You can post a new discussion on the community or Submit a Trouble Ticket in the Equinix Fabric portal or Equinix Customer Portal if you are having technical issues. Equinix Fabric Support also provides access to tools and expertise that enable the success and operational health of your Equinix Fabric solutions. The status of existing tickets can be checked in the Order & Ticket History on Equinix Customer Portal.
