How do I view the status of a Smart Hands order?
You can view the status of your Smart Hands orders on the Equinix Customer Portal (ECP).
View Order Status
To view the history, status, and details of these orders and tickets:
- Log into ECP with your username and password, select Orders & Tickets, and click Order & Ticket History.
This page displays the history of all orders placed through the last 12 months. You can filter these orders by a specific keyword, or by:
- Product / Ticket Type – Type of product, or purpose for which the ticket was raised, or order was created.
- Status – Current status of the order; for example, Submitted, Closed.
- Location – IBX for which the ticket was submitted.
- Date Range – Dates for tickets raised within a specific duration. Select Custom Date Range to customize this range.
