How can I open a help/trouble ticket?

You can submit a trouble ticket by:

  1. Logging into the Equinix Customer Portal(ECP)
  2. Selecting the "Orders & Tickets" menu from the top
  3. Clicking on the "Trouble Tickets" line from the resulting menu

* Please note, you'll only see this option if you have been given permissions to submit trouble tickets by your master admin.
