Where are the SOC reports located now?
Thanks for your patience wade_canada if you are still having issues downloading the SOC reports, here's a video that walks through the process.
Additionally, our customer support team can download the reports and send them directly to you via email if you still encounter any issues.
Additionally, our UX team is aware of the SOC reports difficulties and will be looking into how we can improve the process in the future.
agaray - We have globalized our SOC reports, so they apply to all of our locations, not individual IBXs. They are included by default in the global report. Click on the Global Certifications card and there are Type 2 SOC 2 & SOC 1 reports.
I am actually looking for the same SOC2 report for NJ, the listed datacenters in the report only have the Canadians ones listed. Is there anything for NJ?
