Hi,
I would like to have the possibility to manage my Purchase Orders on the portal:
- Editing description
- Adding Start/End dates
- Location
And more importantly, being able to flag a PO as expired. Today all the PO appear as Active even if the End date is passed.

Hi Alain, thanks for your feedback on the PO process. We agree there are opportunities for improvement and are actively working on a solution.
Our team is currently focused on a few key areas:- Customer Self-Service: Giving customers the ability to access their own PO data.
- PO Tracking: Allowing customers to track balances and start/end dates.
- Enhanced Onboarding: Improving the process for customer PO requirements.
- Internal & External Reporting: Providing better visibility into PO data.

Hi Alain_C - Currently, you can edit PO orders by contacting your CSM or going to the Global Service Desk (GSD)
