Hi Alain, thanks for your feedback on the PO process. We agree there are opportunities for improvement and are actively working on a solution.
Our team is currently focused on a few key areas:
- Customer Self-Service: Giving customers the ability to access their own PO data.
- PO Tracking: Allowing customers to track balances and start/end dates.
- Enhanced Onboarding: Improving the process for customer PO requirements.
- Internal & External Reporting: Providing better visibility into PO data.
