I'm starting to see labels on discussions. What are they and can I create them?
What are tags?
A tag is a keyword or phrase used to categorize, label, and organize content (topics, ideas, posts) to make it easier to search for and accessible. Tags improve content findability, enabling users to filter for relevant discussions or product feedback.
Tags are optional when creating a new topic and you can always add them later. For example, when creating a topic in a general support forum for troubleshooting, and you're having connectivity issues with your smart phone, you might apply labels like "Connection Issue" or "Phone"
