Hello! We've put together a brief introduction to the community here at Equinix. This video examines some of the features of this community, including how best to use the Discussions and Ideas boards. We'll take a look at some of the other features in a future video. Groups are divided into three categories -- public, private, and hidden. Public Groups can be joined and read by any user regardless of role, rank, or sign-in status. Private Groups can only be read by members of the Group. To join a private Group, click on the Group and select the button to request membership. Membership is controlled by the Group's moderator. Hidden Groups can only be read and accessed by members of the Group, who are manually managed by the Group's administrator. In all cases, posting content to a Group is contingent upon being a member of that Group.
