Do I need a Turn-Up Call to use my new Equinix Fabric Port?
No, your port should be usable as soon as it’s provisioned so Turn-Up calls are optional for customers. If you’ve followed the troubleshooting section in our Getting Started page and still have issues with your new port, email our Customer Success Associates (CSA) at CSAssociates@equinix.com.
