Hi, Is it possible that a developer enable or add the option to upload a Cover/Background photo in the gray rectangle area as shown in the snapshot on Equinix Marketplace website so every customer/client can use/upload their company photo if they wish to? Hi, would it be possible to look into whether its feasible to email the Ordering Contact and any other notification contacts when a visitor signs in on site via a Work Visit. It would be handy to know that the visitor has arrived on site and signed in successfully. Thanks, Matt2.7KViews4likes3CommentsGive customers ability to rename fabric ports within the Fabric portal
Currently if a customer wants to rename a fabric port they are required to open a ticket with the NOC. Customers should be able to either rename ports via the portal or at the very least have a "Friendly Name" field associated with the port they can rename as desired.2.5KViews4likes2CommentsAccessibility features in the portal
Good afternoon, I wanted to share some feedback from visually impaired portal users. The current portal layout and structure does not work very well with screen-readers and can be difficult to follow. For example, the symbols on the left-hand menu are very small and do not have an obvious meaning. We do not get advanced notice of changes to the layout of the portal, for visually impaired users this is especially challenging as they do not have time to learn the new layout in advance of the change. What are your plans for developing better accessibility within the portal? Is this something we could have a conversation about? Thank you.1.6KViews6likes6CommentsUser created port labels
The ability to create user generated port labels would be amazing. This way I can more easily determine which one goes to which datacenter on our side. You can leave the current label in the port properties so it can be referred to when putting a ticket in, but the current naming convention is difficult to correlate which port is for which of our circuits going to which datacenter.
