How do I become a Equinix Community Member?
How do I register or become a Equinix Community Member? Equinix Community uses Single Sign On (SSO) for our Community. To login or register in Equinix Community, you use your Equinix Customer Portal username and password. If you already have Equinix Customer Portal credentials, follow these steps: Go to community.equinix.com Click on the Login link located in the top right corner of the page In the new page, enter your Equinix Customer Portal credentials username (or email) and password Click the "Sign in" button On your first login, you'll be directed to select a username and agree to the Community Terms of Service. Community is currently in Beta and there may be some types of customers unable to access Beta at this time. If you are unable to login using your Equinix Customer Portal account, then complete this form and our team will be in touch on next steps.
