Replace my Network Edge device due to issues with the VNF

If I want to replace my Network Edge device due to issues with the VNF, am I able to recover my initially provisioned device?

Yes, this is possible for some of the VNF vendors on our Network Edge marketplace. The device manual re-instantiation function (also known as an RMA process) has recently been made available for Cisco 8000V Autonomous mode routers, Cisco 8000V SD-WAN, Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, Fortinet FortiGate SD-WAN, and Palo Alto Networks VM-Series firewalls. This feature allows you to re-instantiate your virtual device with all existing virtual connections. If you'd like to replace your Equinix Network Edge device due to issues with the virtual networking function itself (not related to the underlying infrastructure), you may recover the initially provisioned device following this process. You are required to re-apply your license after the recovery.
