I want to open a support ticket for Network Edge -- how do I do this?

A Customer can open a ticket directly from the Fabric Portal by submitting the report an issue form, they will select ‘Network Edge’ as the support category to route the ticket appropriately. 

You can also determine if you should open a Smart Hands Order or a Trouble Ticket: Smart Hands Order vs. Trouble Ticket (equinix.com)
