You can schedule a visit to an Equinix IBX facility using the Orders and Tickets menu in the Equinix Customer Portal (ECP). 

You can schedule:

• Work visit to an IBX
• IBX Conference Room
• Data Center Tours

Note: The availability of conference rooms and data center tours may vary by IBX location.
