How do I order a cross connect?

Has anyone else tried the Digital Letter of Authorization while ordering Cross Connects yet? It's supposed to be a lot quicker and more accurate than the previous process of inputting the details of Letter of Authorization in the portal. There's a BETA version now available on the portal to try.
