Welcome to Equinix Community! Here you will find information to increase your knowledge and join in discussions with members of the global Equinix community. We look forward to engaging with you, but first, let’s make sure you are on the right track!

  1. Sign-up for the Community. It’s simple - login with your Equinix.com account. Once you enter your credentials, a pop-up window will appear asking you to enter your desired community username and accept the terms of use. Once logged in, you’ll have access to  community and be able to easily connect with community members.
  2. Complete your Profile Page: This is the best way to introduce yourself to the community. Simply update your member profile with a profile image/avatar, name, location, company info and any other information you want to share.
  3. Introduce Yourself: We’ve got the perfect spot to say hi to the community in welcome discussions.
  4. Complete the Beta Challenge: It's a great way to familiarize yourself with Community. 
  5. Bookmark the Community: Be sure to add Equinix Community to your bookmarks for easy access.
  6. Check out the Discussion Forums: Find answers, ask questions and share expertise about Equinix
  7. Ask a Question or Start a Discussion: Simply select the new discussion or ask a question button in the community. Determine the most appropriate location for the conversation, enter a short and descriptive title, enter the text in the body of the post, select the product and complete by selecting post.   8. Contribute to the Community: Engage in the conversation by reading and responding to unanswered threads and giving kudos to other members.
  9. Share your feedback! This is a Beta Community, we want to hear feedback on improvements, issues, anything you want to share with us to make Community better. Share your feedback in this discussion.
